30th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD AT BARWICK IN ELMET CRICKET CLUB AT 7.00pm ON WEDNESDAY 6th APRIL 2005

Members of the Club are invited to attend the AGM and the free evening of bridge afterwards.

  7. Adoption of the reports

  10. Proposals and amendments

Seconded nominations for item 8 signed by the nomminees must be submitted to the secretary in writing 7 days prior to the AGM ie. not later than Wednesday 30th March 2005.

NB. After the AGM has elected the committee members, the Vice President is elected by the AGM from one of the five members.

Items for inclusion in the agenda, proposed and seconded (eg Proposals), must be submitted to the secretary in writing 21 days before the AGM, ie. not later than Wednesday 16th March 2005. They will be incorporated into an interim agenda to be published by 23rd March 2005.

Any amendments, to these proposals must be submitted to the secretary 9 days before the AGM, ie not later than Monday 28th March 2005.

The final agenda will be published by Wednesday 30th March 2005.
